All Cardflow power-ups require a paid subscription to unlock their full functionality. Managing your subscription is simple and secure, handled entirely through your personal Stripe customer portal.
Starting a subscription
Starting a subscription is quick and usually happens the first time you try to use a core feature of a power-up.
- Click your power-up button in the board header (for example, the hourglass icon for List Time Tracker).
- Click the Subscribe button.
- You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe payment page to complete the process.
Once you're done, you'll be sent right back to your Trello board, ready to use your power-up.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalties. Please remember that disabling a power-up on a board will not automatically cancel your subscription, you will have to go over steps listed below.
- Click your power-up button in the board header.
- Find and click the Manage subscription button. This will take you to your Stripe customer portal.
- Find your power-up on subscriptions list there and cancel your active subscription.
Finding your invoices
You can easily access and download all your past invoices for your records or for expense reporting.
- Click your power-up button in the board header.
- Find and click the Manage subscription button. This will take you to your Stripe customer portal.
- In the Invoice history section of the portal, you can view all your past payments and download any invoice as a PDF.
