Table of contents

Time Slot Calendar power-up visualizes your Trello cards as time blocks in a clear, weekly calendar view. It helps you see your team's schedule at a glance, manage workloads, and ensure you stay on top of every task.

Getting started

To start using time slots view, complete three quick steps listed below. If you're an experienced power-up user, you can skip reading this section.

Enable power-up

First, you'll need to enable Time Slot Calendar on your Trello board. To do so, click Power-Ups (the rocket icon) in the board header, then Add Power-Ups. Search for "Time Slot Calendar", and click Add. See Enabling power-ups if you have trouble with this step.

Authorize power-up

Next, authorize the power-up to grant it access to your board data. Click the Time Slot Calendar button (the calendar icon) in the board header. Trello authorization window will appear automatically. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.

Start subscription

This power-up requires a paid subscription (with a 1-week free trial). Click the Time Slot Calendar button again, and then Subscribe. You will be taken to your Stripe customer portal where you can safely pay for the subscription. After the payment, you will be redirected back to your board. See Managing subscriptions if you want to learn more.

Calendar view

Once the power-up is active, you can see your cards as time blocks in a calendar. Click the Time Slot Calendar button (the calendar icon) in the board header to open main power-up view. The calendar displays a weekly overview, allows you to toggle board members on or off, and you can click any time block to navigate directly to its card.

Setting card dates

To see a card in the time slot calendar view, you must set its start and due dates. Open any card and find the Dates section added by the power-up. From here, you can set both dates. These fields sync with Trello's native start and due dates, so you can also manage them using the standard Trello interface.
