Unify Labels power-up helps you keep your Trello boards consistent by synchronizing labels across multiple boards with just one click. Instead of manually recreating labels, you can select which ones to share, choose target boards, and let the power-up handle the rest.
Getting started
To start synchronizing labels across boards, complete three quick steps listed below. If you're an experienced power-up user, you can skip reading this section.
Enable power-up
First, you'll need to enable Unify Labels on your Trello board. To do so, click Power-Ups (the rocket icon) in the board header, then Add Power-Ups. Search for "Unify Labels", and click Add. See Enabling power-ups if you have trouble with this step.
Authorize power-up
Next, authorize the power-up to grant it access to your board data. Click the Synchronize labels button (the two labels icon) in the board header. Trello authorization window will appear automatically. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
Start subscription
This power-up requires a paid subscription (with a 1-week free trial). Click Synchronize labels board button. Select any labels and any boards, then click Synchronize. Once it opens a window telling you that you don't have a subscription yet, click Subscribe button. You will be taken to your Stripe customer portal where you can safely process the payment. After that, you will be redirected back to your board. See Managing subscriptions if you want to learn more.
Selecting labels
To begin, click the Synchronize labels button (the two labels icon) in the board header, then choose which labels you want to synchronize. Only labels with text are supported (color-only labels will not appear in the list). If you don’t see any labels, you’ll need to create some first on your current board.

After selecting labels, choose the boards where you want to share them. You can pick up to 50 boards within the current workspace. Note that our power-up will handle conflicts automatically, ensuring labels match across all chosen boards.
Synchronizing labels
Once everything is ready, click Synchronize. The process may take a few minutes depending on how many boards you selected. Keep the window open until it completes. You’ll receive a success notification when synchronization is finished, and your boards will now share consistent labels.
